Bad Beats happen in poker, but the frequency of which is unbelievable on this site. I agree with some reviewers saying players go all in with A rag and suited cards but they are the ones that always seem to hit backdoor flushes, runner runner straights and two outers on the river far, far more often than they should be. Good luck beating the fish with that kind of luck.
I have just seen a player go allin with A 9 off. got called by KK and hit a backdoor flush. The same player went allin against my flat call as one player was about to blind out, he had 47 off, glad I put my 99 down as he hit a straight.
888 will send you stats how your premium hands stand up to prove it's not rigged which is probably true, but I will bet the stats will tell a completely different story if you sample hands on or near the bubble.

Most of the complaints I am reading are silly, the website is not rigged at all. However, customer service and inefficiency of response is all too true.
I have had had my account restricted pending an investigation into what I have no idea, 888Poker wont update me and I have even logged an official complaint and was told someone would respond within 72 hours and I have heard nothing. 888 Poker does not respect my custom or anyone in the poker community apparently

Game full of bugs. Was playing cash table, started with 80c got up to 5$ then everyone's cash amount came up with codes instead of cash. Left game and no off money gets added to your account. It ends up cost you money. Shame you can't post pictures

Disgusting fixed site DO NOT USE..how can this be downloaded without showing id from adults kids game site?? Really? Same players when joining game after game...some players dont even have any details? Last time written a review had a reply saying sorry lol wat t f !! Avoid

I did the maths of losing the hands that I played in, it is 1 in 10 trillion. Either I'm astronomically unlucky or this is rigged

If you ever need to get in contact with this company I wouldn’t even bother trying. I’m still waiting on a response to an email from December 2020. Funnily enough I also emailed them in the early part of 2019 and still haven’t had a response for that either! After ringing their customer support number all I’m told is “we are extremely busy and we will get to your email as soon as possible”. Over 2 years ago I sent it!
I’m pretty sure it would only take a few minutes to resolve as well so I could use my account again. Extremely frustrating as I enjoyed playing at 888poker.

I have had consists problems with 888 poker with blatent cheating I took screen shots and sent to them over a month ago and they never replied, complete scam website with 0 customer support DO NOT USE THEM!

Emailed them many times as my father in law is locked out of his account. No reply in weeks. Phone number doesn’t work either. INCREDIBLY frustrating! He just wants to play his goddamn game!

played 4 tournys today and in every one when i had AA i raise someone goes all in with KK and guess what i lost all 4 hands, so unreal a king dropped on flop every time. so yep im guessing this site is rigged as the odds on this happening 4 times on trot is astronomical

They have rigged tables and you will see rigged card patterns in the opponent hands and you will often guesses what they have since it is unreal rigged. Also, very often you will see rigged bots in the tables. Part with sports betting is also a joke with limitation to control your winnings to be low since they limits your stakes. Also they are often wrong with betting decisions.
